Easy peasy! After you’ve logged in, go to ‘My Account’ and you can update your information under ‘Addresses’.

You can change the delivery address at any time up until your order is dispatched.


Once your order is made, you have until the design is ready for approval to cancel your order. We aim to turn around each design approved and ordered within 24 hours.

If you do wish to cancel your order, please send us an email and quote your order number in the subject to cancellation@popupup.com

At present, our shop is set up to dispatch to the UK and Europe. In the next few months, we will be looking to work with suppliers in the Rest of the World. If you are not based in the UK or Europe or require delivery to an address elsewhere in the world, please get in touch with us at support@popupup.com
